“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” (Joshua 1:8, NKJV)
This was God’s command and promise to Joshua, after the death of Moses, as Joshua was preparing to lead Israel into the Promised Land. This is also God’s word for us today as well. If we will keep the Word of God in our heart, mind, and spirit, and apply the Word to our lives, then we will make our way prosperous and have good success. God’s Word will guide us to make the right decisions and to do so at the right time.
Do you want to prosper in all that you do? Do you want to know what it means to be successful? Then heed the Word of God to Joshua, “This Book of the Law (the Bible) shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it.” For then you will BE PROSPEROUS AND HAVE GOOD SUCCESS!
