"...when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come." (Ephesians 1:20-21, NKJV)
This is a wonderfully assuring and profoundly victorious passage of scripture. Jesus, our Savior, because of His sacrifice for our sins on the cross, has been raised by the Father and seated, “at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, . . .” Our Lord and Savior has triumphed over every foe.
In times of trouble and despair we must remember and encourage ourselves in the fact that our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ, has already defeated every problem, enemy and foe that comes against us. Whatever you might be going through, "in this age," or, might go through, "in that which is to come," has already been defeated.
Remember and rejoice in that whatever you are faced with today, it has already been brought under submission to your Lord and Savior. Every sickness, heartbreak, circumstance or situation, are all under His feet. And that victory won “by Him,” is won “for you.”
Whatever your day holds today, celebrate Him, for HE IS ABOVE IT ALL!
